The payment portion of our Irving Rewards program is managed by ZipLine, a secure host that manages debit payment transactions in a secure and efficient way. 

Irving Oil does not have access to your payment account information and this information is not stored on your Irving Rewards card.

1. Log into your Irving Rewards account.
2. Click “Link to Irving Debit Pay.”
3. Fill out the designated information

Is Irving Debit Pay safe and secure? How am I protected?

Yes, your security is top priority for both Irving Oil and our payment partner, ZipLine. 

ZipLine is a leading private label debit processor that employs a state-of-the-art firewall and other comprehensive security methods in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Federal Reserve.

All personal data is encrypted in real time and every transaction is PIN protected. ZipLine monitors and limits exposure to fraud, so you’ll never be held liable for unauthorized transactions on your Irving Debit Pay card.

Irving Oil does not have access to any of your payment account information nor do we manage these transactions. 

How do I access my Irving Debit Pay account?

Irving Debit Pay is powered by a secure third-party provider called ZipLine. To view your Irving Debit Pay transactions, visit their portal at www.myzipline.biz.

If your Irving Debit Pay purchases also qualify for Irving Rewards, you’ll see those transactions in your Irving Rewards account under Transaction History.

Please contact ZipLine Customer Service at 1.877.403.2222 if you need to make changes or have questions about your payment account.

Yes, call ZipLine Customer Service at 1.877.403.2222 and select option two to activate your account and then option five to activate an additional or replacement card. 

Are there limits to Irving Debit Pay?

The following limits are in place for Irving Debit Pay: 

  • Irving Debit Pay can be used up to 5 times a day and 15 times a week.
  • Up to $175 can be debited from an Irving Debit Pay card per day at Irving Oil sites that are not partnered with Circle K.
  • Up to $150 can be debited from an Irving Debit Pay card per day at Irving Oil sites that are partnered with Circle K.
  • Up to $150 can be debited from an Irving Debit Pay card per transaction at Irving Oil sites that are not partnered with Circle K.
  • Up to $100 can be debited from an Irving Debit Pay card per transaction at Irving Oil sites that are partnered with Circle K. 

Why don't I see my Irving Debit Pay discount on the pump screen or in the "you saved" section on my receipt?

Irving Debit Pay is managed by our secured payment partner, ZipLine. Since Irving does not have access to any of your payment account information, it will not show up on the pump screen or in the “you saved” section of your receipt.

But don’t worry, you are getting the discount! To see it, check the small display screen where you selected your fuel type. It will show the final price per gallon, including your Irving Debit Pay discount.

What happens if I don’t have enough funds in my account when I use Irving Debit Pay?

If you know your account does not have sufficient funds to cover a purchase, it is best not to use Irving Debit Pay. If a transaction is returned due to insufficient funds:

  • Your Irving Debit Pay account will be temporarily deactivated until the payment is resolved.
  • A Return Fee may be charged, as allowed by state laws.
  • ZipLine, or their partner CHECKredi, will try to collect the payment and return fee electronically, up to two times.
    • If they can’t collect the funds, your account may be flagged, sent to a collection service and your Irving Rewards membership may be cancelled. 

We recommend that you have Overdraft Protection on your account associated with your Irving Debit Pay. You can set up Overdraft Protection at your bank to help cover transactions and prevent return fees.

How do I pay for a returned Irving Debit Pay transaction and the associated fees?

If a transaction is returned due to insufficient funds, payment must be made directly to CHECKredi, the collection partner of ZipLine (our secure payment provider). Irving Oil does not handle these payments.

ZipLine processes all Irving Debit Pay transactions through the ACH Network and pays Irving in full. If a transaction is returned, ZipLine is responsible for collecting the payment and any applicable Return Fee, as allowed by state law. That’s why CHECKredi manages the collection process.
