It takes 2-3 business days for your application to be reviewed. Once approved, your card will be mailed within 3 business days.

What are the annual fees for the IRVING 24 Card?

There are no application or annual fees for the IRVING 24 Card.

Is there a minimum number of vehicles required in my fleet to meet the requirements of the IRVING 24 Card?

There is no minimum number of vehicles required to get a IRVING 24 Card.

Is there a replacement fee for a lost or stolen card?

Replacing your IRVING 24 Card is free. However, please report missing or stolen cards by contacting Customer Service at 1.800.561.2447.

Where can I use my IRVING 24 card?

Your IRVING 24 Card can be used at over 90+ IRVING 24 locations in Atlantic Canada, Quebec and New England. Plus, use your IRVING 24 Card at thousands of locations outside of our network where EFS cards are accepted. 

Can I restrict purchases to fuel only or allow convenience store purchases?

The IRVING 24 Card can be restricted to fuel only, or it can be used for purchases of fuel and convenience store items.

What information does the driver need to enter at the time of purchase?

The information entered at the pump can be customized, and can include a variety of exact match and report-only prompts.

Can I track IRVING 24 Card activity and manage my billing online?

Yes, you can track fuel usage in real-time and receive invoices online or via email with Fuel Genius™. 

Is there a limit to the number of users I can register for Fuel Genius™?

You may register unlimited users for the online portal, Fuel Genius™.

Can drivers who use the IRVING 24 Card also earn AIR MILES® Reward Miles, Irving Rewards or Hometown Rewards??

No, you can’t earn AIR MILES® Reward Miles, Irving Rewards or Hometown Rewards with IRVING 24 Card purchases.

How do I log into my online portal (Fuel Genius™)?
